It has come to our knowledge that Damansara Heights Land prices can transact between RM250 psf (at very bad locations) to RM 800 psf for super prime locations. (Gated & Guarded Community land)
At Idaman Damansara (TA Properties) , asking prices are at RM 400psf for a gated & guarded community Freehold land. It is located next to Tropicana. The experience at Tropicana Indah is the same.
TRA is therefore suggesting that effective 1st September 2009, Residents should hold out for a recommended selling price of RM 400 psf (minimum) as Tropicana has much more to offer than these developments and the only downside is the leasehold titles we all hold. TRA is still looking for avenues to secure the freehold status for our titles.
If all residents can be patient , and hold out at a suggested minimum price of RM 400 psf, I believe, we can all benefit from such a move. It is our believe that those selling out at prices lower than the recommended price, will regret their decision in the near future.
